Shipping Options

Dear Customer:

As you are well aware the cost of fuel has been rising. Like most companies we have also been affected by this both in our daily operations and also by the rates that our delivery vendors charge. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. We have endeavoured to keep rates as low as possible, and we still can offer free shipping on select orders over $100. We also keep our prices as low as we can to be competative, and in addition we have no "hidden handling fees".

We value your business. We have sought to charge only the necessary shipping fees, and on average we do lose money on shipping - we absorb this into the cost of the products we sell. Some retailers advertise low rates to get you to shop at their store, only to have high shipping rates. The rates you see at our store reflect as accurately as possible the actual costs of shipping.

The following shipping options are available when purchasing from Ion Development:

• Standard Regional Rate depends on ship to state. This offer will ship the "best way" : either USPS or UPS.

• Free Shipping via USPS or UPS on qualifying orders. This option will be available at checkout when you place items in your cart worth at least $100.00. Please note there is a weight restriction on this offer: the package must weigh less than 10 lbs. Package weights are estimated at the time the order is placed. Actual weights may vary. Simply select "Free Shipping" at checkout! Not available in Alaska or Hawaii
• We offer a range of USPS and UPS shipping options for expedited delivery if you would like your order delivered faster! Simply choose the option that best fits your needs when you check out.

General Returns Policy & Procedure

Unopened, unused items in saleable condition may be returned to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. Before shipping any returns, contact us at returns@ion-development.com to obtain a return authorization number (RMA). Shipments that do not bear a valid RMA will not be accepted.

We cannot accept returned items that have been opened or used. If you believe that the product you have purchased is defective, please contact the product's manufacturer. If you are unable to secure replacement parts from the manufacturer, please contact us so that we may assist you to resolve the problem.

Shipments that are refused or returned to us because the shipping address is undeliverable will be refunded less actual shipping and handling charges.

If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, we will credit that portion of the refund to your account for use on a future purchase. Please note that the original expiration date of the certificate will still apply.

Packing & Shipping Your Return

Please follow these steps to pack and return your item:

1. Contact us at returns@ion-development.com to obtain an RMA and, if the return is due to our error, a shipping label.

2. Pack the item or items securely in the original packaging materials.

3. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

4. Write the RMA on the box in a location where it is clearly visible.

5. Deliver the package to the nearest shipping center.
