Use and Collection of Customer Information

Ion Development does not rent, sell or exchange information about its customers. Third parties that require access to customer information in order to provide operational or other support services to Ion Development must agree to safeguard customer information in strict compliance with this policy.

Access to customer information is limited to those employees who need it to carry out business functions. Ion Development's employees are educated about the company's policies and practices regarding safeguarding customer information; preventing its unauthorized access, use or disclosure; and, ensuring its proper handling.

Accuracy and Security of Customer Information

Ion Development makes all reasonable effort to ensure that the customer information it maintains is accurate, timely and secure. Ion Development does not retain credit or debit card information. While this non-retention policy may increase the burden on its customers by requiring reentry of card information each time a purchase is made, Ion Development believes that this policy is important for ensuring the security of its customers' personal information.

Ion Development uses SSL secure connections to transmit all sensitive data. Ion Development regularly monitors and adopts, as appropriate, new technological developments that are designed to aid in ensuring the accuracy and security of customer information.

Personally Identifiable Information

Ion Development's website collects personally identifiable information (such as name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address) from visitors only when visitors voluntarily provide such information by creating an account. Visitors to Ion Development's website who do not want their personally identifiable information collected online are asked not to create an account or otherwise provide such information to Ion Development.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the personally identifiable information provided to Ion Development may be stored and used by Ion Development to better understand customer needs, to improve products and services, and to contact customers regarding offers that may be of interest to them.

If visitors provide their e-mail addresses to Ion Development and later decide that they would like to have their e-mail addresses removed from Ion Development's e-mail mailing lists, such visitors must notify Ion Development by sending an e-mail message to admin@ion-development.com. Upon receiving notice from such visitors, Ion Development will use reasonable efforts to delete the visitors' e-mail addresses from its files.

Children

Ion Development has no intention of collecting personally identifiable information (name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address) from children (individuals under the age of 13) and does not desire to use any information provided by children for marketing purposes. Where appropriate, Ion Development will specifically instruct children not to submit such information.

If a child provides Ion Development with an e-mail address, Ion Development asks that a parent or guardian of the child contact Ion Development at admin@ion-development.com. if the parent or guardian would like the e-mail address deleted from Ion Development e-mail mailing lists. Upon receiving such a request, Ion Development will use reasonable efforts to delete such e-mail addresses from its files.

Personally Identifiable Information Collected Automatically

Ion Development may collect information from visitors to its website that is not personally identifiable, including the visitor's operating system, browser, domain name, and the specific Web pages on Ion Development's website that are accessed or visited. This information may be used in the aggregate for marketing purposes or individually to detect fraudulent behavior.

Information Placed Automatically on Visitors' Computers
