Learn Hydrogen Fuel Cell Technology
Build a model car that actually runs on
water!
The fuel cell is an environmentally friendly, energy production device
with great promise for the future. See for yourself how a car can run without
consuming any fossil fuel. Explore the operation of a fuel cell. Use solar
energy to decompose water into oxygen and hydrogen. Generate energy from
oxygen and hydrogen. Store energy that you can use any time. Learn basic
concepts in physics, chemistry, mathematics and engineering. Build a
pollution free, environmentally friendly vehicle. Develop skills in reading
comprehension and mathematics applications.
The Thames & Kosmos Fuel Cell Car & Experiment Kit won a Silver Award from the Parents' Choice Foundation in 2002.
The detailed and illustrated manual guides you through 30 experiments.
